Duquesne Brewery is located in Pittsburgh, PA. The original brewery operated from teh late 1800's through 1970. The 1930's label featured the Duquesne Duke but during Worl War II was changed to the Prince, as is on your bottle. So, it is safe to say it is dated after 1942 and probably from the mid-1960's when they were featuring ad campaigns to attract blue collar customers.

I loves me some puzzles like this! Almost as much as beer. I think I like beer more than the puzzles, but it's a close call. PlainJane has some great insight above. I think I can narrow it down even further, although admittedly I didn't know a thing about this bottle 5 minutes ago (other than it held my sacred, beloved beverage). TavernTrove.com pinpoints that particular label to about 1955-57, although "mid to late 1950s" would be more honest. As for the mega-cool baseball cap crown (caps are "crowns" in the beverage industry), I figured a pro baseball promotion was goin' down there, unless it was simply some funkadelic cap experiment I hadn't heard about. Since this brewery was based in Pittsburgh, I considered a promotional tie-in with the Pirates. Sure enough, see EBay item #271492384654 through their search box. So what I suspect you have is a Pittsburgh Pirates promotion, late 1950s Duquesne beer bottle distributed in the greater Pittsburgh area (to people who care about the Pirates...or perhaps it could have been sold in the Caribbean), although admittedly there's plenty of conjecture there. And who said my drunken stupors wouldn't amount to anything?!!
