First 2 pics are of a Lightening Hay Knife. Used to cut through the hardened hay on the outside of a hay stack. Called The Lightening because of its shape but sometimes called an ice saw. Not its orignal purpose. You can hit a golf ball with a bat. Don't make it a baseball. Second 2 pics are of a seeder or seed planter. Put seeds in the square hopper poke planter into the soft ground with handles apart then close the handles seeds will fall into tube below hopper and into the ground. Made by The Kent co about 1872. Kent was a distiller when he started this co. Went on to make more farm tools and other items. Thanks for looking and enjoy.

jimborasco Thanks for the love and great comment. I have seen many of these at sales and in Antique Malls labled as Ice Saw.
