    Marcus
    (21 items)

Okay boys and girls, get those thinking caps on and help ol' Marcus here. I bought a box of "stuff" at a yard sale the other day, and there were six of these plates packaged up there. They are very light, and they have a stamp on the back that says "Vienna Austria", and the printing is green. They are quite pretty, but I'm not much on china and REALLY need help on this one. Can I plan my retirement, or do I have six clay pigeons?

As for value, I'd be hard pressed to tell you that. I can tell you that the mark is usually associated with PH Leonard. Check here for more info:
      http://www.collectorscircle.com/bohemian/porcelain/marks_table1.html
Look under Bawo & Dotter Marks. With no other markings, you may just have to go to a site like replacements and search through their pictures under P H Leonard or do a little google search for other pieces from them. Hopefully someone will recognize the pattern for you! Some of their stuff is sort of pricey. There is a little history of them here. http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/l195-ph-leonard-vienna-austria-hd-139319190
      Happy hunting!
