Pierre Cardin steno book holder.

First let me say that i don't know what this is called for sure, and second I was reminded to post it by an earlier post of Vetra1050's key holder.
I and others received this 35 years ago, as a mangers of a auto glass store, for having 'numbers' the bosses liked. We were treated to a large banquet and also got a few more things but I was impressed by this brand. The pen is also Cardin. It no way matches the beauty of that 'gator skinned key holder but I've kept it all these years.
