Found at auction. I know it's a watchmans clock, but I have been unable to locate info on what I assume is the maker, Detect. Any info about this item would be appreciated.

I did view this website . . . but the variation of the name "Detect" and "Detex" . . . are they the same or completely different and what era is this from.
      Thank you, Vickie

WOW....That's an oldie! I used to work for Detex, Corp. I was a QC Inspector and I believe this one was on display there, in the conference room. Their address here is: Detex Corp., 302 Detex Drive, New Braunfels, Tx. 78130 (800-729-3839)

I'm sorry I can't remember a date of this one, etc.....Been too long ago. But, they're still in business.

Do you know what a watchman's clock is? If need more info...let me know.
