These paintings were very popular in the 70's, this particular one belonged to a childhood friend, she had it for over 35 years and kept it in very good condition, all the windows light up. I know these are collectible but I can't seem to find much information about this type of art, painting is signed by Howard Loe. Can anybody out there know tell me more about it?

Just acquired a painting like this. I had those it said Howard Lee, but it seems to be the same artist. Mine is a peacock with a variety of feathers meant to light up, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Anybody have any information about checking the state of the wiring/bulbs in it without totally tearing it apart?

I have a painting of this style that lights up and has a velvet/felt background. Frame is very similar as well and painting is 3D. Signature is hard to make out tho I don't believe it reads Howard Lee. However it would appear to be same artist. I would love to know more about it.
