Black & White Scotch Spigot

Please correct me -- it may not be called a spigot. I saw a bunch of five antique chairs being thrown away so I promptly threw them in my car and they now adorn my dining room. In the same heap was a box of small stuff, including three of these in their original box. The box looked to be 1920's by the graphics. (no longer have the box). This is ceramic. They appear to have never been used. We use it for olive oil -- works great!
