My pretty blue vase I have had it for ages and don't know anything about it, any help would be great. I have put it in the 'Victorian' category but it might not be that old or maybe older!?
The number 25 is enamelled on the base, which I think might mean it was part of a set.
Many thanks for looking!......:-)
Thank you vetraio50!....:-)

miKKoChristmas11!.. many thanks!..my half dead hydrangeas came up really good, I actually do love them at this stage, they go from the whites white to a hint of a baby blue, to a lime green and pink to the colours above, quite lovely!...I am so sorry to read about your health (Miniature on Ivory) I do hope you are feeliong better!...:-)
Thank you, kind inky, for your solicitude! I'm feeling chipper right now, and ready for mischief. CW is the perfect place for it.
You are a fine gardener! Hydrangeas are one of my very favorite flowers - as a matter of fact, I just managed to kill a nice, new plant....Regards, miKKo

Many thanks mustangtony....:-)
Looks like Blue Opaline Glass, number on bottom and finished bottom would make me lean towards Bohemian. Beautiful piece, jmho.
I would agree that it is Victorian. The number 25 could relate to a matching lid and instead of a vase, it could have been a covered compote. It was meant as a mantle piece so there probably was a pair at one time. Certainly of European origin...Bohemian, French etc... RER (LOUMANAL)
NativeJewelerylovers and LOUMANAL many thanks for all your information, I do love it too! it is such a pretty thing!
Also Lilliflunew ~ BELLIN68 ~ nldionne and freiheit.. for the love
