The styling on this unit, among the largest table radios in my collection, really appeals to me. Also, most of the examples that I've seen of this model have been of the very common dark brown color so when I spotted this one in bone white, I had to have it. It's in almost perfect condition except for a couple of rub marks apparent on the front, and the AM/FM selector knob is slightly damaged. It plays great.
Your WHITE 723 knocked my socks off . Can you tell if the color is factory issue or a repaint? I am aware that Zenith issued the 723 ( 724 , 725 ) in 5 colors but , oddly enough , have never seen a snow white . I guess it's time to buy another and begin body work for a new paint job
Thanks. No this is all original and not a repaint. The photo may look like the unit is PURE white, but I called it "bone" white. Some might say "pearl" or "off" white.
