Well, i got one of the 16 ft. X 20 ft. sections of the garage cleaned out this week-end, four more to go.Heres next weeks job, pull these two dusty dogs on out of there homes & try to prepair for a little concrete. This 1946 Packard Clipper convertible is one LONG & HEAVY sled. The hoods so long & heavy, you open it from the drivers side, not the front. Its pretty cool but just not my style. Im more into the 1953 Studibaker Champion, now this cars got LINES.
thankyou mustangtony : ELW-54 : stonesfan 1 goylecollector & officialfuel.
thank you ttomtucker , Manikin , Vontrike & jbcollector for the luv.
Which one you wanna start on first? The Clipper is smooth and the ride got to be awesome, the Studi, has lines and probably a little more horsepower, but I wouldn't bet on that being a fact. The old Packards were a great auto.
thanks fhrjr2 , mrmajestic 1 & kerry, thanks for the comment, the sraight eight in the Packard sure had a hard job pushin all that weight around. Luckily I have a spare!
thanks fhrjrj2 , mrmajestic 1 , sanhardin , beachbomb , chevy59 , trukn20 & crissylovescats
Nice cars!! What's up with the yellow MG? Love those cars!!
beachbomb, that Midget suffers from "belly cancer", BAD. the pedals are suspended in air, so you do a major Fred Flinstone, along with the passenger. I know you can by entire floor-pans, or partials. Mechanically sound, cosmeticaly challenged.
