Cement Rooster with great patina

this has to be my favorite find of a great week. i just love this rooster and need to find a way to display him well. he's missing his feet, so his gallivanting days are over, but i want to have a stand/base made for him. he's got some age to him. what do you think? anybody care to venture a guess as to how old or where he's from?

i just added some better photos. i was looking at photos of cement roosters online, and i don't think any of them were as nice as this one - but maybe i'm just biased...
