What is this? A 3 foot tall ceramic like lamp of 2 ladies and a child.

I was hoping to find out who made this lamp, what century it is from and if it is worth anything. I know nothing about it and have had it for some time now. I don't find anything like it online, or else I just don't know the right keywords to search for so any information would be greatly appreciated.
