Found this years ago digging for old bottles near the old train depot in Adams WI. Only history on the company I could ever find : Bradley Iron Works, was acquired
by (or was reincorporated as) the Republic
Manufacturing Company of Milwaukee some time in 1911.

Reminds me of the milk glass version. Westmoreland Glass, I think (could be mistaken). They may have made a mold from the milk glass dish!
