These items are from a family member's estate and are thought to be about 100 years old. Could be less than that but they belonged to my husband's grandmother and she was married in the 20's. They look like blown art glass. Beautiful blue and green swirls. No markings. No chips or cracks either. I would love to know something about them. When we were going through the estate we found a lot of Murano glass so I'm wondering if these could be Italian in origin as well.
Maybe tallcakes or vetrio50 will ID this for you they are good at it .
Thanks eye4beauty I am not a glass expert by far but they look pretty old to me too :-)
Can you show bottom of a glass does it have a pontil which is the spot broken off after hand blown , the rough spot that is left (
No rough spot on the bottom. All are swirly, rather coil shaped, but smooth.
