      Hi,
It has a very nice "Montgomery" dial. It may be a lever set, so unscrew the bezel and look for a tiny lever around 1 o'clock. I think I see faint scratches it this area on the dial. A true Railroad watch must have at least 17-jewels and must be a lever set.
Thanks for showing us this impressive watch.

Good questions. I see some "ghost" case screw marks, which would indicate this movement is not original to this case. I looked in Ehrhard's Hamilton and saw 3 Hamilton railroad cases, the most popular being the "bar over crown", where the crown is always marked "Hamilton Railroad". The second railroad case is their #16 with a "Montgomery dial". I think this watch has been re-cased at sometime in its life. An original case is almost always marked Hamilton on the inside of the back cover along with "Railroad Model".
      I hope this helps,
      Jim
