This late 1930's GE model 5F50 "Mirage" features a black mirrored glass dial with silvered numerals and center decoration cut into the glass. Hands are also silver. Back is covered with silver colored alligator-textured paper. The Mirage was available in white with a gold mirrored dial too. Also called the "Mirage" was the circular model 5F52, which was available in black or white as well. All versions were designed by John Rainbault and all sold for $7.50 in 1938 (http://www.uv201.com/framepage1.htm).
I have one of these also, and I think all the Rainbault mirrored clocks look incredible!
They are truly amazing clocks. I really like the 5F56 "Soiree" as well - same size/shape, but with a larger and more dramatic central design.
The next one I'd like to acquire is the blue mirror, demi-lune mantle clock by Rainbault. Here's the one I'm talking about:
