These two items were found together, the smaller is called "The Globe Enameler" JAS.H.Smith and Co. Chicago. All mechinisms work. I have found some information about this item, it was used with white gas to apply glaze to photos. This unit is dated 1888. This is the largest of the different versions that they sold. I have found this in 2 auctions online ranging from $2500-$3000 USD.
The second Piece I have not been able to find any information on at all. It weighs aprox 300lbs, it is solid cast iron and all mechinisms on it are functional. The company name that is printed into the wood panel says, "Manufactured by Hamiltion Industrial Works Co. Hamiltion Ont". I can find little to no information on this company or what this unit actually is or what its funtion was for.
