This bracelet is one that my mother (age 79) gave to me recently. This piece belonged to my grandmother and has been kept in the family. I asked an antique collector of jewelry about this piece. It was suggested that the time period is 1920's - 1930's possibly - and is "Blue Ice" stone.
This piece is very beautiful and the pictures unfortunately don't give justice to this bracelet. I am hoping that someone may be able to add more information about this style of bracelet. I am curious to know if it has any value, even though it is priceless with sentimental value.
Lovely piece. There is a good book by Judith Miller "Costume Jewellery" that may help? They have them at libraries. Good luck!
Fab bracelet! But it has to be later then the 30's. The AB rhinestones found in the center strand were not created until the 50's. Reminds me of a Coro set I have seen in vintage magazine ads. Vintage costume jewelry has a huge market full of collectors always looking for beautiful rhinestone pieces. But you said it best as to value.
Thanks soo much to both of you for your replies! I now have a starting point to research this further. Thanks again..
