    Nice piece of railroad history I picked up at a yard sale for .25 cents. I believe it was used to test the output and horsepower put out by a steam engine. Published by Crosby Steam Gauge and Valve Co. 1903.

      These could be used on any steam engine, traction engines, stationary engines, or locomotives.
