    Two photos of birds that appear to be made of feathers.
    Inscription on back of one of them denotes:
    4850-x-31509 Radio Picture Frame Co., Inc.
    Brooklyn 27, New York
    I would love to know more about them, as they are a family heirloom passed down from my husbands mother.

      These pictures are great! I have six of them I find them at garage sales,thrift stores,estate sales etc. They are not uncommon and I'm sorry to say not worth much in monetary value. But as an heirloom priceless! I will say your frames are much nicer then the ones I have. Happy Hunting!

      I have several of these too. They usually have information on the back describing Mexican feather art process. My frames are handcarved floral designs in brown wood,mostly. Be careful...sometimes little bugs get in to the design and eat away at the feathers...so try to keep everything sealed tightly.
