This is an original 1-sheet "Only A Shop Girl" Strobridge stone lithograph from my private collection of vintage posters. It measures approximately 28" x 38" and I believe this specific poster image is the ONLY one that survived as I cannot find this particular poster ANYWHERE! I have researched for years and it still hasn't surfaced, even in museums.
This poster dates to 1902 and was for the "Only A Shop Girl" play, NOT the later dated feature film. This poster has been in the family for decades and I have carefully removed it from the frame and had it professionally linen backed with minor restoration work done that can't even be seen by the naked eye. This is a beautiful stone lithograph with the colors still vibrant. As stated above, Strobridge did the lithography and as all collectors know, they were the BEST!
If anyone has any information regarding this specific poster, please pass it along, it would be appreciated.
Hi,
Do you buy turn of the century posters?
I buy any posters that are visually graphic and are originals. This poster and most Magic posters I have are from the turn of the century. You can email me if you have some for sale at:

Thanks Phil, this seems to be a lot of people's favorite but I'm not crazy about the theme of it. However it is a beautiful stone lithograph in person, pictures do not do this poster justice.
