Hello- I can see that this says 1939 Black and Deck Lectro Valv-O-Meter.
Can anyone tell me what it was used for, and what they think it might go for? I found it in a shed covered in grease. The shed has been torn down since I have gotten it, and I am unable to find any other parts to it.
