    My grandmother received this cookie jar on her wedding day from her sister, my mother inherited it when my grandmother passed. Unfortunately, it has no markings at all. But my grandmother and mother cherish it deeply. The most we know for certain is that it is over a hundred years old. Wish I could find a way to get any kind of information on it for my mother. But think it is unique and beautiful to add to your amazing collection of pictures!

      Yes, how do I add the picture of the bottom? I've never seen the marking before I took the picture but it looks as though U.S.A. is on the bottom. Wow!

      Looks like the mystery is solved! This is an early McCoy piece. I'm happy to finally have found out what it is. But, in the long run, its not what it was worth because to us, it is priceless! :)
