Are these shoes WWI-era shoes, or are they from the 1880s? They came from my mother's family.

Tbose look to be Victorian Era shoes (1830-1900). The key is the buttons.
Thanks, "VikingFan82." I sorta thought that too, but wasn't sure. They're in pretty good shape. (I can't understand why people bronze old shoes.) I think the above shoes were my grandmother Willard's, which means they're 124 years old.... Change of subject: where can I find 'flat caps,' just like what men wore in the 1920s? The flat caps of today are not th exact shape.
I am not sure. Antique stores would be your first bet. Ask around on this site.
