I would appreciate any information available about this pin. I was told that it is from a Russian officer's uniform. It is supposedly a pin of a Russian Frigate used during WWII. There are a couple of photos of the button on the back of the pin.

Does anyone know anything about this pin? Thanks so much for looking.

Thanks so much for the information. There isn't any red enamel on the star now. Perhaps it's worn off. Maybe someone out there will be able to read the Russian engraving. More than likely it is manufacturer info but I'm always curious. Thanks, AR8Jason.
