Ok players, the gudges WILL NOT ACSEPT THE ANSWER OF PETRFIED WOOD!! We need to know (& the host DOES know the answer this time) what kind of wood is it? Kevin, since your the defending champion , you must look at the pictures with one eye shut. Angie, spin the wheel & lets get this version of "what is it" started!!! And as usual, we have mis-catagorized this item (on porpose!?!?) LOL

Easy one! That's a rollickingrodforawhatchmacallitthatmakesthedoflochygoup&downonthewingwangwasher. On further observation, it could be an identifit that works with a considibble on a monadnock. Look in isle 3. I think they only come in beige.
What about a petrified cactus but don't think that species has been around that long but it could be exactly the same thing only entirely different.
I hope i have been of some help.
    2. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 12 years ago
      I have it! It's 15" long.

      Insect hive ?
    4. chinablue chinablue, 12 years ago
Ok.. I'm in with capado cactus. The kind that they use to make rain sticks. Oh, and what is the prize for the correct answer?? ;-)
    5. jimborasco jimborasco, 12 years ago
      Prickly pear cactus.....
    6. lowspeed, 12 years ago
It looks like petrified palm tree that I've seen in Texas.
    7. flowerrose, 12 years ago
      You're all wrong - It's a Chunk off a Meteor. What do I win?
    8. AmberRose AmberRose, 12 years ago
I will guess part of a s...dang...what is the name of the stick em up tree???
    9. kerry10456 kerry10456, 12 years ago
I'll go with "Birdseye Maple" , the Palm tree was already taking. LOL. I like eye4's answer #2, Looks like Peach Pit" dang, must have been a BIG peach, LMAO.
    10. kerry10456 kerry10456, 12 years ago
@ eye4, just razzin you, lol. Thought the reference to the pit was great. :-)
    11. chinablue chinablue, 12 years ago
eye4beauty, I know the winner is going to be SO excited... 3 free posts!?!?!?
      WOW, that's just unbelievable! ;-)

I know many of you living in warmer climates probably would not recognize this but I find them by the truckloads. It is a petrified bit of rutted roadway with the impression of a studded snow tire (now illegal on modern roads). Judging by the tire width and stud pattern It is surely from an ancient Indian motorcycle ...rare and quite valuable!!
I would to accept my prize in it's cash equivalency please.
    13. Manikin Manikin, 12 years ago
Oh I pick Bootsons answer yep that is it alright ! :-)
My second guess is the arm rest on a dentists chair with finger nail gouges in it from digging into wood .

Recount! I want a recount. And I still don't see where we r told what it is? Do we get to see a DNA analysis? It could be an anarexic cantaloupe with acne for all we know.
    19. Manikin Manikin, 12 years ago
I agree blunder ! what is it ??????? LOL I have no clue yet . A peach pit was that it ?
    20. mikielikesigns2 mikielikesigns2, 12 years ago
After removing the specimen no one wanted to verify its authenticity, but our host,( feeling very relieved) swears IT IS A FORM OF A PALM TREE!!
    21. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 12 years ago
What r the qualifications of the "host"? Is he/her CSI El paso? Want DNA!
    22. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 12 years ago
What is related to a peach tree?? A palm or dental chair arm or considible, cactus, or El Paso?
Maybe i need to rotate medications.
    23. mikielikesigns2 mikielikesigns2, 12 years ago
The host is leaning (again), but this time towards blunderbuss2 , only if he rotates his medication towards the host!
    24. mikielikesigns2 mikielikesigns2, 12 years ago
Kevin , the officials are checking the rule book, BUT it appears to be on page 22!! ive already taken my shoes off & am unable to find that page!

Ok Kevin, dont go sending "Walker" the Texas Ranger up north! Didnt Chuck Norris live in Okla. for a spell?
    28. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 12 years ago
Actually, I think he is from Mississippi, up-graded to OK & then down-graded to TX.
If that doesn't stir something up, I will be very disappointed. No hate mail please.
    29. ho2cultcha ho2cultcha, 12 years ago
