Hi, I would like to say I have this rocker!! I have no idea who it is made by but can date it roughly.. I am 44 this year and I got this rocker when I was 6, at about age 7 the back seat fabric was burned when a spark landed on it from fireplace. All that was left was the pleated skirt but I loved it and moved it where ever I went, for over 30 yrs.. 3 yrs ago my husband surprised me with having it recovered (not same material but pretty) So I guess I will haul it around for another 30 yrs!
