    Hi,
I recently acquired the most wonderful pair of lamps in the Art Deco style.
They are made of white lucite with each lamp having two clear lucite rods topped
with a gold-colored lucite ball. In addition to the lightbulb at the top, each
also has a small bulb that illuminates the base. Neither has a lamp shade.

The first is a floor lamp measuring approximately 4'10". It is wired to use an
old-fashioned wide necked light bulb. It has a glass shade that supports a
fabric shade, and I have the finial for it. The base measures 14 3/4" wide and
10 1/4" deep. The base has two hairline cracks, about 1 1/2" and 2" long.
    Otherwise it's in pristine condition.

The second is a matching table lamp that measures approximately 16 1/4" to the
top of the lucite, or 31 1/2" to the top of the finial. It is in perfect
    condition with no cracks.

I can find no markings on them, although I can see that they are vintage,
possibly mid-century. The socket for the small bulb is marked "Made in the
USA", so I know it's old! Can anyone tell me something about these fantastic
    lamps?

    Thank you so much!

Your lamp was made by the Moss Lamp Co. of San Francisco, CA in the 1950's. If you google the name, you will find similar ones. Thank you for sharing with us.

      Thank you!
Do you know of anyone who might be able to appraise these?

In the condition that yours is in, it is probably only worth about $100. Without the cracks and with the original shade it would be $200-250. You can go to https://marfalightsandlamps.com/products-page/moss-lamps/ to see some of their higher end lamps. I hope that helps.
