These are strictly decorative pieces. Actually the small one is highly detailed marked Waterloo only. It's a fun piece with five accessories, adjustable elevation, and the axle swiveled slightly. The large brass cannon's unmarked, I assume made in India.
Kevin,its really an odd piece, i cant find ANY markings at all. What seems odd(to me) is that the barrel doesnt really seem to match (in quallity) the rest of the piece. It seems a higher quality than the rest, definitely more time in the finishing and polishing. Whereas the base wheels and axle section are involved six components(unfinished underneath with low quality cast detail on the outside, the barrel is put together with 12 separate components with a better finish inside and outside. You really notice it when you flip it upside down. I'll try to delete the last picture and post one of it upside down, thank you Kevin.

no wick hole, & the barrel has no "meat" , even a signal cannon is "heavier" than this.?.?
