Hi Bill! I'm afraid I haven't seen this pattern before. I have an antique plate with a similar ring and handle. Mine is a reticulated Schumann plate and dates to about 1924. Do you think perhaps yours is about the same age since they are both set into a similar rim/handle? I've never known but always thought it was done to create a serving piece, rather like a single layer 'tidbit' plate. I've post mine so you can have a look at it and see if what you think. You can see it here:

If no one can identify the pattern for you, you can try replacements.com
They offer a free pattern ID service, but I have to say they aren't always 100% correct, but they come pretty close!
Thanks for the info Margaret ! I'm going to try that website .
Your plate is similar so you are probably close with the early 20's date . I thought it might be abit older but who knows ?
I sent them some pics . They said they will get back to me within 5 days . I'll keep you posted on the results.
Thanks again !
You're quite welcome, Bill! I'll be anxious to see what they can do for you. Their site is pretty good, and if you're anywhere NEAR them you should stop and see them. The showroom is UNBELIEVABLE! They have exhibits of different makers and different wares. When last I was there, they had some White House silver on display. There was a sterling punch bowl you could do the backstroke in! I spent one entire day just wandering around down there. *LOL*
And for the record, I'm not affiliated with them, just in awe of what they have on display. :-)
