A second bunch of photos to show the base of this vase and further detail. No pontil. So blown in the mould and cut from the top?
Greatsnowyowl has suggested Harrach.
I love the Orientalism of the Japonaise enamel insects and the floral decor. The rigaree around the lip of the vase has blue iridescence and I like the trailed decoration down the neck as well.

An item from the Erlaucht Graf Harrach'schen?
Big and chunky! 20 cm high, 13 cm wide.
Harrach were certainly here in Australia in 1879 as this photo proves from the Exhibition that year:

Rows of it! Right in the front with the Austrian exhibits on the left, the bentwood furniture to a side and the English Thomas Webb up the back.
