this cake plate is amazing! it is very beautiful and the pics don't come close to showing the vibrant colors and gold. it is never going to be used as a cake plate lol for now it sits on a shelf beside a three footed castle tea cup that i purchased at the same time...both have beautiful hues of pastel greens, pinks and gold. i am very happy to find info regarding the maker...love this site!

Just beautiful! I agree with miKKo that's it's very hard to tell from the photo of the mark, but it does have that 'look'. Is it hand painted, transferred or perhaps painted over transfer? No matter which or if it's actually RS Prussia, it's lovely! :-)
