This beautiful bowl remains an enigma to me, can someone help identify it? The roses are raised from the surface and have a 3D effect. The color is a very unique frosted blue. Your input will be greatly appreciated.

I just LOVE this bowl! I don't know much of anything about glass makers/names/designs but I saw something the other day that was nearly the same color with a different type of floral design. Of course it's hard to tell since colors aren't true from computer to computer, but in case you'd like to look at it, it's here:

Hopefully someone will recognize this type of glass for you. I'm anxious to see what it actually is. I'm quite ignorant about glass, so I'll be watching to see what you can find out. :-)
