I was given this doll when I was 9 years old in 1964 by a lady who was in her late 60's. The doll had been given to her when she was a little girl so I'm guessing it was made in the late 1800's or early 1900's. As you can see, one boot is broken. If you have any information on the doll or where I may be able to purchase another matching boot or clothes that she may have worn, email me at tmilne@ec.rr.com.
This is called a Low Brow China , They date from 1880-to 1920's they had a long run of production. Are the most common to find china dolls today .
You can buy replacement foot they make reproduction of these today but personally her value is not high and the investment to get a new foot and have it replaced would not be cost wise . If you love her and have a love for her then it is an option . You do not mention her height ?
Here is one that sold like yours
