      Hi cookiebaby! What a pretty little vase you have. I'm not certain, but I believe it's called "moss rose". You can take a look at this pattern here:

      Chodziez has made faience, majolica, porcelain, and ceramics over the years since the early 1850's. You can probably google more information about them. I'm guessing it's transferred rather than handpainted, but can't tell from the pictures. You can check on that with a magnifying glass or loupe. Hope this little bit of information can get you started! :-)
