I came across this in my grandmother's attic and I think it is a toy my late father probably played with when he was a boy. Does anyone know who it was manufactured by and when? I can't read the writing on the bottom, I've even tried to do a rubbing. It is made entirely of rubber and I don't think it is made by Auburn since I have a few of them and they are plainly marked where this one isn't. I think it has a very distinctive look to it and I would like to know more about it and it's worth.

Will anyone be my hero and solve my mystery? I wish I could ask my dad.. :*(

This was made by Sun Rubber Co in the 30s. It's in average shape, but still a nice colorful truck. It would be really neat if it were your dad's. These go for around $20 +/-.

I love these old rubber trucks!

My HERO.... Thank you Dr_Rambow!!! It certainly looks like it was my father's. He grew up in the 30s in PA. Thank you for helping me piece together his life... I'll always be forever grateful!!
