First mystery I've had in a while.. I really have no idea what this is. I've talked to several people, and nobody seems to *know* what it really is, but everybody seems to agree that it is part of a larger apparatus that was used probably on a farm in one way or another. Ideas I've heard today range from part of a plow, to part of an oil well, to something railroad related, to a barn implement. Anyone that knows anything about this is welcome to leave their input. FYI - The left "arm" on the inside reads "MYERS PATENT" and the right reads "P-350" and "ASHLANDO".

Huzzah!!! BIG thanks to Hedgewalker for pulling a rabbit out of a hat with this one (and so quick!!). LOL my wife is upset (kidding) now because she spent all afternoon looking online, but we just didn't know what to look for. I'll edit the headline to reflect the correct description.

The internet is awesome: Now the "ASHLANDO" makes more sense.. it's was manufactured in Ashland, Ohio.
I posted one about 2 mo ago. It was used with a pulley located at the top of the loft door to lift square bales to the loft. Pull it up grab it with hay hook to pull it inside for stacking
