    Location : Weihai, China
    This naturally occurring fish stone was found in Xinjiang, China. There are many raised nubbins covered on the whole fish body, rounded with hexagonal shape. There are many cross grains on the head and two sides of body.

      this is amazing! it looks more fossilized than some kind of mineral-weathering pattern - like tafoni. do you know any more about it?
