I have had this horse/bike for quite some time but I have no idea of what it really is. Is it a toy that was made for kids quite some time ago? It looks like it is pretty old but, I don't know any thing about it. Does anyone else know what this is?
It appears to be a modern reproduction. Additional photos will help to confirm.

The stirrup picture - It is a metal (heavy) bar hanging off a leather strap - I believe the saddle is also a leather material. The wheel is a heavy metal with a cotter pin. The petals are a heavy metal The steering handles are a metal but they don't move the front wheel at all. It appears the handles are for look only.
Anyone seen this before?
The crude cut of the horse, artificial patina and lack of functionality (won't turn) are all signs of it being a modern decorator item.

1990's decorator piece. Imported from the Phillpines, rusted and aged to look old. Hope you enjoy it for what it is, these were well done pieces, but often miss represented as old.
