    Can some one please tell me anything about this set? It was my grandmothers and I know nothing about it. I am not sure how old it is or if it is worth anything. All I know is it was hand painted and made in Japan. Any insight would be great!

      What a lovely set! Is there anything marked on the bottom?? If there is, a picture of that would be helpful, especially in dating the set. It looks like Betsons dragon pattern, which was done in several different colors and cup designs. You can see a sample of it here:
