I found this magnificent brooch some weeks ago for about 2$ in a junk shop. When I got home I noticed the stamps for silver. I cant read them though. I don't know anything about it but I absolutely love it. Its about 5,5cm wide and its pretty heavy. The green 'stones' could be glass.
I think its scandinavian. Does anyone know the maker?
    Thanks!

No, those green stones are chrysoprase, which is a very good thing. Its a rare stone, the most desirable/valuable member of the quartz family. You got a great piece!

Thans Stillwater, it could indeed be chrysoprase, I never thought of that.
