Hi, ho2cultcha. I see you've got more interesting pieces! :-) I agree with viking. I've always heard them call floor jacks. The smaller first one looks a lot like the jacks that came in old trucks, but I'm not sure about that.
That is a really nice collection. I also like the crate behind them.
Check this out for the first jack in the left photo.

I'm pretty sure the first one is for automotive use. cars, trucks etc. The center two are house jacks. We used them on a couple of houses we owned back in the day. The 4th one is another car or truck jack.
neat items though. I really like the one with the star wheel on it.
i have tow like the 3 & 4 no3 mine is twice as big it is a train jack the 4th is a old car jack i have 2 of them.
thanks everybody. i really like the 2nd, 3rd and 4th ones - for graphic quality. i was thinking that the third one might be for a train for some reason. what do you think the wheel was for?
i found out that the large one is a train jack. a friend from mexico used to work as a train mechanic and that's what he used. he said they are incredibly powerful jacks and very hard to find in working order.
The one on the right I believe is Ford. I have two like that. One came out of a 1954 Ford 1 ton. It was mounted behind the right side of the seat in a bracket.
