Can anyone Identify him?At the top of the staff he's holding is
a hole as if something is missing. fireplace poker came to mind,
but I don't think so.Note his attire.He stands 26 inches tall.I actually
weighed him just for kicks.He comes in at a respectable 19lbs.
His feet are rusting as if he's been standing guard threw a flood.

I am sure this is an English Beefeater. These men guard the Tower of London.
They dress similarly today and are guides at the Tower. He looks like he just might be a decorative piece. Check for English markings. He might be brass. Good Luck.
Yea I figured along those lines,
never heard the term "Beefeater" that I can recall though.
Is that derogatory?He does have two markings,
black circles but I can't make them out. Faded or blurry.

It is a Yeomen Warden ,Sovereigns body Guard Tower Of London .
ceremonial Guards. Retired Armed Forces of Britain & Commonwealth
Must be retired serving Senior non commissioned Offices or Petty officer
With at lest twenty two years service. Formed 1485 by Henry the seventh
nick name Beefeaters.
