    This is very large painting 41 1/2inch X 27 1/2 inch, The frame is really nice and in almost perfect condition, It is on canvas board, stiff. From the frame I believe it was done in the 1930's or 1940's. I can not make out the artist signature, except Robert is first name. many European towns have canals. As always, I need help to find artist, I spent hours searching internet. thanks toracat WHOEVER CORRECTLY IDENTIFIES THIS ARTIST GETS THIS PRINT!!! It is by Jane Kraike 1910-1991. This is a serigraph, pencil signed, numbered and title, and she did around 20 total. She was married to Michael Kraike, famous Hollywood producer. It is approx. 17 X 22 inches, I do not know value, but it is quite pretty! You may google her! toracat
