    These were my mother's salt and pepper shakers. I do not really know anything about them, other than they were made in 1956 and they may say "National Potteries" Cleveland, on the bottom. The sticker is too small to read.

      Your cute little anglels are made by Napco . They are adorable . here is a link to a set with your markings on it . There are 100's of them listed so I did not look for your exact pair . But I hope this helps you solve who made them .
