    I think that this is one of the most interesting of my paper finds. This exhibit was a critical link in the founding of the DeYoung Museum of Art in SF. I'm not sure of the details, but the curator of american art at the museum mentioned that to me. From what i heard, this exhibit led to the founding of the DeYoung . There's only one other copy known to exist and it's in the museum archives and it isn't in the best shape. Except for a small amount of wear on the very tissue-like cover [rice paper?], it's in pristine condition.

    i'm not sure whether this would be considered a catalog or not. ??
