Hansel, this glassware is loosely referred to as "Bristol Glass." Most of it was made in the last quarter of the 19th century in Bohemia. It comes in many opaque and semi-opaque colors including pink, white, brown, black, etc etc. Vases are most common, and often came in matched pairs. Many other decorative items were made as well.
That's actually F S 111. FS was probably the decorator and 111 the pattern number. Workers needed to keep track of how many pieces they decorated, hence the initials.
