their prices are usually a bit high...
This is unusual to me since I have never seen this type before.
I do have a LACONS bottle opener that has no number on it. It has been in my family for years. I hunt these down and will keep my eye out for one like yours.
I have one of these guys! He looks just like yours, except for different paint wear, and a six is imprinted on the back. I paid $80 for him at an antique show about 10 years ago. Afterward, I found out about all the reproductions, and figured that I probably had been swindled. But I can't shake the belief that these double vision drunken sailor guys are OLD! I just wish I knew more about their history!
Saw one of these Stan auction and will bid for it today. Certainly unusual butnot rare. Found this interesting background story while doing some research

made in 1954 Mr Double Eyes is made by Wilton out of Wrightsville, PA. Fairly common, but very cool!
