Early Sword-Perhaps Spanish, but may be italian

i have this sword that says a bunch of weird lettering that you can read in the picture, the i's look like l's and many other mess ups so ill leave interpretation up to you, i have no idea the history of this, but its cool. whale bone handle, solid brass pommel, help?
