Robots or Transformers ?

Once again, I get confused by all these toys "Robot or Transformer" ?

I searched on the Internet and most of the robots are from Japan.
These ones are marked "© SA S.A 2000 Made in China "
Some are with #24110 - #81210

They measure around 13 and 12 cm.
They are made of a kind of rubber/plastic and are very articulated and detailed.

Any idea about who they are ?
